All renters must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued photo ID or driver’s license at the time of rental.
Life jackets for every individual are included with your rental. We prioritize safety; all renters are required to adhere to safety protocols.
Renters are liable for any damages to the jet ski or pontoon boat during the rental period. A refundable security deposit may be required.
In instances of severe weather, we offer complimentary rescheduling or cancellations for your safety and satisfaction.
Rental durations vary from one hour too a few hours to several days. Please ensure timely returns to avoid extra fees.
Customers can cancel their jet ski or pontoon boat rental at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental time will not be eligible for a refund, although we may assist with rescheduling based on availability.
Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the specified timeframe in our cancellation policy. Additionally, refunds may be applicable in instances of unexpected weather conditions that compromise safety. Please note that refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or early returns.
Should there be unsafe weather conditions on the day of your rental, our priority is your safety. We will offer rescheduling options at no extra charge. If rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
